  • AIR BAGS:SENSOR:OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATIONCampaign 23V865000 · 20/12/2023

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Avalon, Avalon Hybrid, Corolla, Highlander, Highlander Hybrid, RAV4, RAV4 Hybrid, Lexus ES350, Lexus RX350, Lexus RX450H, 2021 Sienna Hybrid, Lexus ES250, 2020-2022 Camry, Camry Hybrid, and ES300H vehicles. A short circuit may develop in the Occupant Classification System (OCS) sensor, preventing the front passenger air bag from deploying.

Risk: An air bag that does not deploy during a crash increases the risk of injury.

Fix: Dealers will inspect and replace the sensor as necessary, free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed in February 2024. Some final remedy owner letters were mailed October 31, 2024. Letters will continue to be mailed in phases through January 2026. Owners may contact Toyota customer service at 1-800-331-4331. Toyota's number for this recall is 23TB15/23TA15 Lexus 23LB03/23LA03.

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2019-2020 C-HR and 2020 Corolla and Corolla Hybrid vehicles equipped with rear seat belt assemblies with a dual-mode locking mechanism. The seat belt webbing sensor locking mechanism may not lock as intended.

Risk: In the event of a crash involving multiple impacts, the seat belt may not properly restrain the occupant, increasing the risk of injury.

Fix: Toyota will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the rear seat belt assembly production dates, and replace the assemblies, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began February 7, 2020. Owners may contact Toyota customer service at 1-888-270-9371. Toyota's numbers for this recall are 19TB22 and 19TA22.

The low-pressure fuel pump inside the fuel tank may fail.

Risk: If the fuel pump fails, the engine can stall while driving, increasing the risk of a crash.

Fix: Toyota will notify owners, and dealers will replace the fuel pump assembly with an improved one, free of charge. Owners of specific models were notified that remedy parts were available starting January 21, 2021. Owners of other models will be notified as remedy parts become available. The vehicle flashes ‘connected device is not compatible’ with the ‘SOS button flashing continuously red then green.’ This message causes the microphone to remove 1 to 3 seconds of sound every 5 to 15 seconds making a clicking noise when speaking on vehicles Bluetooth. This is typically corrected by a DCM reset and firmware update. Not only is this incredibly inconvenient during normal conversation but having to repeat random portions of the conversation is irritating at best. Recently I had to make a 911 call and had to repeat myself several times to request emergency services. This glitch caused the emergency 30 second call to be extended roughly 1 1/2 to 3 minutes delaying response time. If the clicking occurs while the other person is speaking this is not noticeable. This is an identified issue only covered under basic warranty with specific TSB correction. This defect causes portions of vehicle occupants conversation to be removed and replaced with a clicking noise.

There was a maintenance required notice on my dashboard and I searched up that it was my coolant bypass valve having an issue. Apparently it’s a defective part in Toyota Corolla and rav4 models from 2019-2023 I believe. The notice would come on and off each time I would start the vehicle. The dealership has confirmed this issue is common and after having it inspected and diagnosed, it was indeed the coolant bypass valve. My safety and the safety of others were fine, my engine would’ve been the unfortunate casualty if I did not take care of this.

Clutch Slave Cylinder at 51,000 miles failed causing vehicle clutch to not return and loss of fluid. Brake fluid and clutch fluid are used in the same reservoir and could cause issues causing vehicle to not be able to stop. Vehicle has been inspected by shop and has been replicated. The part exploded and leaks fluid inside of transmission housing. This also causes the clutch to fail as-well. Vehicle has always been serviced and maintained and this is a common issue with all vehicles that have 6 speed manual transmission with varying mileage. It is not a matter of if, it’s when and due to this being something that happens with generally no warning signs can be dangerous. There needs to be an updated part that can handle the design Toyota chose for this transmission.

    1. First problem I had with my 2020 Toyota Corolla Hatchback SE: SAFETY RECALL 20TA07 (Backup LampsMay Become Inoperative) - 10.29.2020 2. Second problem was with the software draining the battery way too rapidly, which made me unable to start my car. I had to have a tow truck come by and he was able to recharge the battery (he knew to do that with my car instead of towing it away, because he was seeing this type of issue with this type of car a lot). I took it to my local toyota dealership and had them inspect it. They told me that they need to update the software of the vehicle and that I should not be having this problem again after. *EL1934 FIRMWARE UPDATE (5.21.2021)* 3. Third problem I had was with the temperature gauge. The needle pointer in the dash did not go up and stay in the middle between C & H. It stayed closer to C (cold). It took longer than it should have to heat up the interior of the car when I turn the heat on in the morning. I took it to my local toyota dealership and after they inspected this issue, they told me that they needed to replace the thermostat unit. *MA001 THERMOSTAT ASSEMBLY* (3.19.22) 4. There are scratches around the ignition switch that were there when I bought the car.

  • 11/26/2024· ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

I am experiencing a recurring issue with the Data Communication Module (DCM) in my 2020 Toyota Corolla. This component was previously subject to a recall, which I addressed at a dealership. However, the problem persists, and many other Toyota owners, including those with RAV4 models, are reporting similar issues. Discussions on forums such as Toyota Nation and Toyota Owners Club highlight these ongoing concerns. My vehicle is out of warranty, and replacing the DCM is estimated to cost over $800. I have confirmed that the issue lies with the DCM system, as removing the corresponding fuse eliminates the error message on the multimedia system. However, this circuit also powers the right speaker and microphone, making it impractical to simply disconnect the module. The local dealership has quoted $205 for diagnostics, despite my prior identification of the problem. Revisiting the original dealership where the recall work was performed is not feasible, as it is located across the country. Toyota has not offered a remedy, leaving me without an affordable or practical solution to address what appears to be a manufacturer fault. I am seeking assistance and accountability for this persistent and widespread issue. Beginning on April 18, 2025, my 2020 Toyota Corolla LE began experiencing repeated failures involving multiple safety systems while driving. Without warning, several lights illuminate at the same time, including: Brake System Malfunction, Pre-Collision System, Parking Brake System, Vehicle Stability Control, Check Engine, and Secondary Collision Brake System. These warnings appear suddenly during normal driving, then sometimes disappear, then return again unpredictably. These failures disable several integrated safety systems and create a serious safety risk due to changes in braking performance, loss of stability control, and disabled collision-avoidance functions. Diagnostic scans from both the dealership and an independent mechanic repeatedly show: P1578 — Brake System Malfunction P265B — Rocker Arm Actuator Position Sensor Circuit Range/Performance (Bank 1) Both codes reappear even after being cleared. The vehicle was with Loving Toyota Lufkin, TX multiple times over seven months. They received over $7,100 in insurance payments for repairs, $463 towing cost (due to the negligence of Loving Toyota) and almost $1,500 in rental cars (Paid by State Farm) but were unable to diagnose or fix the underlying failure. Loving Toyota also provided a courtesy rental for 7+ weeks while they did no repairs to the car. The safety warnings continue to occur. Toyota Corporate is now involved but the vehicle remains unsafe to drive. The same code P265B is present that was present back in April 2025. This car is not safe! The problem has been reproduced by me, the dealership, and an independent shop. The vehicle is available for inspection. All scans, photos, videos, and documentation are available upon request. Date first occurred: April 18, 2025 Issue continues intermittently to present day

RE: Front bumper issue Toyota case The car comes with a front bumper that is not good for CA road conditions When I purchased the new car, and tried to leave the dealership, its front bumper came off slightly, a man stopped me and told me, I asked the selling man, who put it back and told me "its design for easy way, you can put back.". I also showed him there is no tight lock, both sides missed two locks too, the selling man said that is the way. About 200 miles, this happened again, I put it back. It happened again and again. Finally I felt this is not right. I contacted Toyota for warranty service 2021. Toyota sent me to a dealership. They did not have any body shop, but a service dept. He put it back for me, and said "you got a scratch that made it". The CA driveway always have curve, the tiny scratch is common. It will not make the bumper off. I showed him two cars in the dealership with more serious scratch but bumper is not off at all. This now happened to my other side, I contacted Toyota again, They sent me to dealership again, the service man said "Your scratch made it. " I told that I showed two body shops and both told "This kind car comes with this issue, not good for design and for CA road conditions". I gave body shop numbers to him, he did not call and ask me to get a letter from them, and said :"We are service, not good for body". Then I asked :How can you say the scratch made it if you are not the body shop, and not good at that? The car was just 9500 miles now. I got 5 new Honda, one was 2012 now, they got the similar scratch and bumper is good. The Honda was 39000 miles now. This car design is not good for CA road conditions, and a tiny scratch will make the front bumper off, in fact its back bumper also up and down, I need put too. All above happened in the local driving. If it is on the highway, it is not safe. Also if Toyota put this information on ads, who will buy this kind car? Thanks,

Engine maintenance required notification came on. Car is only 3 years old. Dealership stated that the coolant bypass valve needs to be replaced and it could potentially cause a fire. Service professional at the dealership stated that this is a common issue and most of the time Toyota warranty doesn’t want to repair it, also said that it should be recalled. I have also seen hundreds of people complain about this on Rav4 forums.

There is a problem with the bypass control heater valve of my car Corolla Toyota 2020 It says i have to replace it but it's still running good. WITH ONLY ABOUT 630 MILES ON MY NEW 2020 TOYOTA COROLLA, THE VEHICLE STALLED SHORTLY AFTER I HAD JUST MADE A TURN IN CITY TRAFFIC; I BELIEVE I WAS STOPPED AT A LIGHT, AND IT WOULDN'T START UP AGAIN WHEN I PUT MY FOOT ON THE GAS. I HAD TO HAVE THE CAR TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I'D BOUGHT IT FIVE MONTHS EARLIER; THEY GAVE IT A THOROUGH INSPECTION, ACKNOWLEDGED THE FACT OF THE STALL, BUT NEVER FOUND THE CAUSE OF IT (COULDN'T "DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM"). THEY HAD NO PROBLEM STARTING THE CAR ONCE IT WAS AT THEIR SERVICE. THIS WAS A ONE-TIME INCIDENT AND I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE; I AM NOW AT OVER 1,400 MILES. BUT IT MAKES ME UNEASY THAT THE SOURCE OF THE ISSUE WAS NEVER UNCOVERED--ESPECIALLY NOW THAT I KNOW THERE IS A RECALL ON 2020 COROLLAS FOR FAULTY FUEL PUMPS. I’ve owned my 2020 Toyota Corolla since April of 2019. Around June of 2022 I noticed a sloshing/ swooshing sound. I didn’t think much of it, but it kept doing/ hearing it. Finally I got tired of hearing the noise, and started to look for where the noise was coming from. I then realized there was water in my rear doors. I didn’t know what to do since once I realized what was happening or how it was happening, my warranty period had just passed, since at this point I have owned the vehicle for over 3 years. I kept researching and found the article attached in pdf. I was able to complete the work myself. At this point I am now worried the interior will have rust, since the water would sit there for days/ weeks after it rains. I think this resolves the issue of getting the water to exit the doors, but I don’t believe it resolves how the water is entering the vehicle. I truly believe this car will rust out from the inside, and will be left paying for the bad manufacturing of Toyota, with regards to this vehicle, and possibly a dangerous vehicle issue, as the rust will compromise the integrity of the vehicle.

Vehicle was brought to Toyota because of "Engine Maintenance Required" message. We initially thought it was "Maintenance Required" so husband said we may need to change the oil, but it was only a few thousand miles since last oil change. I tried to remove the message but the Toyota Manual did not have any instructions on the "Engine Maintenance Required" message removal. When he left Toyota after changing oil, same message was on dashboard. Husband went back to Toyota and asked them to remove the "Engine Maintenance Required" and was told that there is a coolant bypass valve that must be changed in order for the message to go away. The cost should be around $1,000 and then proceeded to tell him he needed to buy new tires as well. All would total about $2,800. Vehicle has 58K miles and we are afraid to drive the vehicle now until we know what is actually wrong with it. It's suspicious to read all the complaints describing the same situation we have with Toyota. By the way, after we were told about the needed repair, I started getting emails from Toyota about purchasing a Toyota warranty, advertisements in the mail from car warranty companies and phone calls from Toyota salespeople to come and buy/lease a new Corolla and I would get a "great deal"! Is this some scam to generate business? Are Toyota owners being subjected to a "bait and switch" scam? I would like an investigation initiated by your agency. My vehicle is available upon request and our safety is at risk because we truly don't know what is wrong with it and afraid to drive it any longer. If your agency wants to read complaints from other owners, I direct you to read the complaints on [XXX] or Google "Toyota Engine Maintenance Repair" message. It's very much an eye-opener about fraud being perpetrated by Toyota. I can provide any documentation needed when I am personally contacted and requested to furnish them. In the past week at 30,700 miles, my 2020 Toyota Corolla "Engine Maintenance light; see dealer" service light appeared on the dash. Through talking with a Toyota dealer, they are aware of this issue with Corollas, Camrys, and Rav4's. It is an engine coolant bypass valve, and appears to be faulty in many vehicles according to youtube videos, google, and Toyota service. Perhaps this needs to be a recall? Also, the dealer wants almost $800 to repair even though many people do it on youtube in under an hour. Parts are less than $200, and 1.5 hours of labor do not add up to $800.

I have a 2020 Toyota Corolla. "Engine Maintenance Required; Visit Your Dealer" came on the display after I brought my car to the dealership. I returned to the dealership and was told it was $250 to diagnose the problem. I waited a month later and brought my car back for an 80,000 inspection at the Longo Toyota in Prosper Texas. They diagnosed the problem this time and said they would have to replace the Coolant Bypass Valve and Hose for ~$800 plus labor costs. The risk of not repairing these parts is possible engine failure or fire. I've seen many other discussion forums where people are experiencing the same problem with Rav4, Corolla, and Camry models 2020-2023. These parts are not covered under warranty and would have to pay out of pocket for the repairs. Toyota should issue a recall since many people are reporting these same issues, creating out-of-pocket costs for the repairs for >$800.

I WAS HIT FROM BEHIND BY A SPEEDER IN WHICH CAUSED SIGNIFICANT DAMAGES TO MY VEHICLE. NO AIRBAGS DEPLOYED. I WAS ADVISED WHEN PURCHASING THIS CAR THAT TOYOTA CONNECTS DETECTS CRASHES AND THAT THE EMERGENCY SYSTEM WOULD CALL THE CAR. UNFORTUNATELY, NOT ONLY DID THE AIRBAGS NOT DEPLOY BUT THE EMERGENCY SYSTEM DIDN'T NOT CALL THE VEHICLE AS I WAS ADVISED. MY VEHICLE HAS DEFECTS AND THE MANUFACTURER IS RESPONSIBLE. I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE BRAND NEW THINKING IT COULD KEEP ME SAFE DRIVING. THE MANUFACTURER HAS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED ME AND FAILED TO ADHERE TO VEHICLE SAFETY.

VEHICLE HAS A VERY HARD SHIFT OUT OF LAUNCH "FIRST GEAR" WHEN LOW ON FUEL OR THE ENGINE IS COLD. DEALERSHIP (SHEEHY TOYOTA IN FREDERICKSBURG VA) AND COULD EXPERIENCE THE SAME FEELING ON LIGHT TO MODERATE ACCELERATION. I INFORMED THE DEALERSHIP THAT THE FEELING THEY WERE EXPERIENCING IS MINOR COMPARED TO WHAT IT USUALLY FEELS LIKE WHEN DRIVING. THEY EXPERIENCED THE SAME THING WHEN DRIVING ANOTHER 2020 COROLLA OFF THE LOT WITH LIGHT TO MODERATE ACCELERATION. THEN A DAY LATER THEY DROVE ANOTHER 20202 COROLLA SUPPOSEDLY FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE HARD SHIFT AND NOTED THAT WHEN DRIVING BOTH THE CUSTOMERS CAR AND A NEW CAR THE SHIFT FEELING VARIED FROM TIME TO TIME SO THERE WAS NOTHING THEY WOULD DO. THEY ALSO SAID THEY CONTACTED THE ENGINEERS AT TOYOTA WHO SAID THAT THIS HARD SHIFT FEELING WAS NORMAL. LOOKS LIKE TOYOTA IS BACK AT IT WITH JUST DENY EVERYTHING AND HOPE THE PROBLEM GOES AWAY. VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE ESPECIALLY WITH HOW TOYOTA HAS HANDLED THIS SO FAR. I WILL NOT GO AWAY UNTIL THEY FIX THIS PROBLEM.

I was driving normally to work and the vehicle stalled without warning and became difficult to steer. The dashboard displayed “engine stopped, steering power low”. The vehicle was stalled in the middle of the roadway and could not be restarted for 10 minutes. This was a very dangerous way to stop and then not be able to restart. People had to get out of their vehicles and help me push it out of the roadway. After 10 minutes the vehicle started and drove normally without any issues. The battery and alternator tested good. The mechanic can not find anything wrong. I am scared to drive the vehicle now and have an accident due to this incident.

The contact owns a 2020 Toyota Corolla. The contact stated that after the vehicle was started, the contact started driving, and a voice message was heard coming from the speaker on the driver’s side door, stating that the communication module had failed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed, and determined that the Data Communication Module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired due to the cost. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 38,000.

My 2020 toyota corolla's warning light which stated "engine maintenance required visit your dealer" came on. When I called the dealership they stated I would need to come in and hook it up to diagnose the problem which would cose me $185 + taxes and fees. Then once diagnosed they would be able to fix the problem. I checked with O'Reilly's autopart store and Autozone which both of their scanners found nothing wrong. So I informed Toyota and they stated they I need to bring it to them because their scanner/tool is the one which will tell us what the problem is specific to my car. But they stated they think it could be a hose related to my coolant system to prevent my car from overheating. They stated to watch the temperature gauge while driving as it may overheat and become dangerous to drive. If this happens or I see any smoke pull over and get out if the car. However they haven't seen anyone have to do this so they think I should be fine but I should fix this problem soon. I asked if that is the problem would it fall under my mechanical breakdown insurance coverage and the dealership stated that if that's the problem yes but if I go through the insurance it will take a really long time to fix because they'd have to file a claim and get paid before doing any repairs. Then they said I'd have to pay the copay and any difference. I was confused as my insurance states I only have to pay my copay. However, I had someone else with a scanner/tool hook theirs up and to see if we could check the actual problem and it did say the error code P268115 engine bypass coolant valve. So, this was the issue. I viewed online that there is a class action lawsuit going on right now for this same problem with 2019-2023 Toyota Rav 4 and Corolla's. Toyota failed to disclose this information to it's consumers and it is not being covered under the power train warranty either. This safety issue with cars overheating is dangerous and costly.

2020 TOYOTA COROLLA SE -(VEHICLE PURCHASED NEW) (CVT TRANSMISSION) UPON MINIMAL TO NORMAL ACCELERATION VEHICLE MAKES A HARD SHIFT FEEL LIKE A BUMP KICK IN ACCELERATION OF SPEED BETWEEN 8-9 MPH. WILL FEEL MORE OF A HARD SHIFT AT TIMES IF COASTING WITH MINIMAL SPEED THEN TO THE NORMAL ACCELERATION (START AND STOP TRAFFIC TYPE OF CONDITIONS). PERIODICALLY ONCE REACHING TO SPEED OF 36 MPH SEEMS LIKE THE TRANSMISSION IS STARTING TO SLIP THEN CONTINUES WITH NORMAL OPERATION. WHILE SEDENTARY AT STOP LIGHT VEHICLE HAS HAD LOSS OF POWER IN AND OUT NEAR STALLING OUT. SEPARATE OCCASION WITHOUT THE AIR CONDITIONER BEING ON, A ROUGH IDOL TOOK PLACE. AT TIMES IF PUT IN SPORTS MODE SHIFTING IS SMOOTH WITHOUT TOO MUCH TROUBLE; WITH EXCEPTION OF AT HIGHER SPEED OPEN ROAD REMOVING OFF THE GAS PEDAL WILL MAKE A WHINING HIGH REV NOISE LIKE THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT AND DID NOT DOWN SHIFT EVEN WITH PRESSURE APPLIED TO THE BRAKE. WILL THEN DOWN SHIFT AFTER APPROXIMATELY 15-20 SECONDS. LANE DEPARTURE INDICATORS HAVE GONE OFF WITHOUT THERE BEING A CORRECT RESPONSE FOR THAT ACTION TAKING PLACE. VEHICLE HAS BEEN OWNED FOR LESS THAN NINETY DAYS AND APPEARS TO CONTINUALLY FURTHER IN ITS DEFECTS.

The contact owns a 2020 Toyota Corolla. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle emitted an abnormal slushing sound. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact stated that upon parking and inspecting the vehicle, he noticed that the abnormal sound was coming from the front driver's side door. The contact then moved each door of the vehicle from side to side and noticed that the failure occurred on the front passenger's side door and the front and rear driver's side doors. The vehicle was taken to the dealer on several occasions and the water was drained from the doors; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that they would cover the repair of the vehicle. The contact stated that it had been two months and the vehicle had not been diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that he was concerned for his safety as he was a disabled veteran. The failure mileage was approximately 85,000.

Front passenger side brake caliper was rusted and seized. At the time of this issue the car is two years old and had 40k miles. The car has lived its entire life in western North Carolina with me being its only owner. It has never been driven in salty conditions other than twice to the beach. The dealership refused to fix this safety issue under the platinum warranty I purchased because it is "Enviromental". This is a major safety concern. I have a 1997 suburban which gets drove in salty conditions every winter and has never one had an issue with its calipers or any operational part rusting.

At 97,000 miles, the slave cylinder in my vehicle blew. My clutch pedal had stuck to the floor, and my brakes became harder and harder to press down because the clutch takes from the brake fluid reservoir. Brake fluid began to leak from the transmission, and it had to be towed in. If I hadn't come to a stop, I could have gotten in a horrible accident.

  • 10/12/2024· TIRES

All FOUR Goodyear Exhilarate tires cracked and separated from the sidewall on the interior side of the tire. i have one of the four tired saved and available for inspection. With the tire separating at the bead and sidewall on the interior side completely away from the butyl liner inside of the tire, it was a mere miracle that the car actually made it to the repair shop without blowing out, causing an accident which could have been a fatality or at least a very bad accident. The tires were taken to a Goodyear service center and after talking with corporate said it was nothing they could do and sent me on my way. By chance the car was going on a trip and wanted to get the tires rotated and the oil changed beforehand , had he not chosen to do such the outcome could've been terrible. There wasn't any warning of tire failure or loss of air due to the separation. Again, it was only by chance that this was caught and ALL FOUR tires replaced . The tire dealer stated that he hasn't ever seen ALL FOUR completely separate at the exact same location all the way around the tire. It is without a doubt a manufacturing error , old /burnt rubber used in the tire making process.

I WAS WAITING AT A STOPLIGHT WITH MY FOOT ON THE BREAK WAITING FOR IT TO TURN GREEN. I TURN THE WHEEL TO MAKE A LEFT TURN AND PUT MY FOOT ON THE GAS AND THE CAR DIEDALL THE BUZZERS WHISTLES AND LIGHTS WERE FLASHING ON THE DASHBOARD.. I WAS ABLE TO SHIFT THE CAR TO PARK AND BACK TO DRIVE BUT NOTHING HAPPENED I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC ON A BUSY STREET AND WAS JUST GETTING READY TO CALL THE TOW TRUCK WHEN I DECIDED TO TURN THE CAR OFF. WHEN I TURNED IT BACK ON IT WAS FINE AND I WAS ABLE TO TURN LEFT. THAT HAPPENED TO ME TWICE ON DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. THIRD TIME I WAS TURNING INTO A DRIVEWAY AND A TRUCK PULLED IN FRONT OF ME I HAD TO PUT MY FOOT ON THE BREAK. AND THEN I PUT MY FOOT ON THE GAS AND TURNED LEFT THEN RIGHT INTO THE DRIVEWAY AND IT DIED. ITHE DASHBOARD SAID PUT IN PARK WHEN I PUT IT IN PARK IT SAID ENGINE POWER LOW. THE FIRST TIME I TOOK IT IN TO TOYOTA I WAS SITTING THERE FOR SIX HOURS AND THEY COULD FIND NOTHING WRONG. THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE WORKING WITH CORPORATE AND NO ONE HAD AN ANSWER FOR ME. AFTER THE THIRD TIME I CALLED CORPORATE AND WAS DEALING WITH A WOMAN WHO WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TRY TO BE HELPFUL AND TOLD ME TO TAKE A BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP. I TOOK A BACK LEFT IT FOR TWO DAYS AND THEY COULD FIND NOTHING WRONG. THE OUTCOME WAS THAT IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN I SHOULD HAVE IT TOWED BACK TO THE TOYOTA DEALER AND NOT TURN IT ON. I AM VERY CONCERNED I AM WORRIED ABOUT DRIVING AND HAVING SOMEONE CRASH IN TO ME IF MY CAR STOPS IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC. I HAD A TOYOTA BEFORE AND IT WAS FINE BUT I HAVE TO TELL YOU IF I GET THROUGH THIS ONE WHICH IS A LEASE I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ONE AGAIN
